Refund policy

At Jade Vibes, we take pride in our handcrafted bags and unique items. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

CANCELLATION

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• To cancel an order, please email us immediately at hello@jadevibes.com

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Since our products are handicrafts, slight variations in design/color are natural and not considered defects.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.
